can someone translate this recipe?
what does a cup translate to in ounces and milliletres
Ingredients
1 cup rolled oat (old fashioned oatmeal)
1 cup skim milk
1 cup whole wheat flour
1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
2 egg whites
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
millilitres is for liquids.. so that doesnt make sense sorry

Imperial ,metric , i just wish that they would use one or the other, try to find measuring cups with both ,here is a chart for you to save for later use.
