First Ingredients'
2 cups Rolled Oats
1 cup Oat Bran
1 cup Wholegrain Oats
1 cup Bran
1 cup Wheat germ
1 Cup Coconut
2 tablespoons Sesame Seeds
½ cup Sunflower Seeds
½ cup Millet
Second Ingredients'
1 and a half cups of Grapeseed Oil
2 teaspoon vanilla (natural)
3 tablespoons manuka honey
Third Ingredients'
1 cup Sultanas, Walnuts, Apricots and Almonds
Mix in the First lot of Ingredients' in a Bowl.
Toast on an Oven Tray in Oven for 2 minutes and then stir. Toast for another 3minutes with the oven door ajar.
Microwave Second Ingredients' in a microwave proof bowl for 40seconds...
Add Third Ingredients' to Oats-etc when out of the Oven (or if you prefer in the remaining 1 minute of cooking in the Oven...)
Add the Second Ingredients' while stirring with a wooden spoon into the First lot of Ingredients' and the Third lot of Ingredients'
Leave on the Bench to cool.
Place in an Air Tight Container...
Add your favourite yoghurt, milk and garnish with fresh bananas and strawberries sliced.

Headless Chef – Cinnamon & Oat Pancakes
SERVES 2
Pancake Mix
3 cups all-purpose flour
3 tbsp 5-grain oats (cereal)
3 tbsp brown sugar
2 tbsp baking powder
4 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1 1/4 tsp. salt
Pancake Mix & Egg/Milk
1 1/3 cups Pancake Mix
1 large egg
3/4 cup milk
2 Tablespoons vegetable or canola oil
1. Put pancake mix and egg/milk combo in a jar. Seal and shake well. Open cap and leave to rise.
2. Heat the pan and scoop out the mixture onto the pan
3. Flip on both sides and voilia.

These are super sweet! Great fudgy filling. I may include these in next year's Christmas baking repertoire.
Ingredients:
6 ounces butter (1 1/2 sticks), softened
3/4 cup dark or light brown sugar, packed
2 large eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla
1 box (18 ounces) butter pecan cake mix
2 1/2 cups old-fashioned rolled oats
**Filling**
1 can (15 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
1 package (12 ounces) semisweet chocolate chips
Pinch salt
2 teaspoons vanilla
1 tablespoon butter
1 cup chopped pecans
Preparation:
Heat oven to 350°. Grease and flour a 9x13x2-inch baking pan.
Beat 6 ounces of butter with the brown sugar until light; beat in eggs and 2 teaspoons vanilla. Slowly beat in the cake mix and rolled oats until well blended.
In a saucepan, combine the sweetened condensed milk with chocolate chips, a pinch of salt, and 1 tablespoon butter. Cook over medium-low heat, stirring frequently, until chocolate chips are melted and mixture is smooth. Stir in the chopped pecans.
Spread about 2/3 of the cake batter in the prepared pan. Spoon filling over the cake layer and spread to cover. Pinch pieces of the remaining batter and arrange the pieces evenly over the filling.
Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, until nicely browned and firm.
