Oatmeal Muffins
1-1/4 cups all purpose flour
1 cup rolled oats
1/4 cup brown sugar, packed
1 Tbsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp cinnamon
3/4 cup raisins
1 egg
2 Tbsp molasses
1/4 cup cooking oil
1 cup milk
1 tsp vanilla
400 degrees F, greased muffin pan, 20-25 mins.
