— 3) Drink your tea, then eat your watermelon. Yes, it is that simple!

— Enjoy the simplicity of whole, juicy fruits for breakfast! Try to just stick to one variety of fruit for breakfast, if you can. Simple eating is good eating. For the calorie-conscious, the calories in watermelon and other juicy fruits is very, very low...but it is not about cutting calories, it is about eating more of the healthy foods and gaining health! The foods of nature are inherently all low calorie and low fat.
— What is a "Healing Crisis," or a "Healing Event"? When you eat more cleanly, your body begins to release old toxins that were previously clogged up in your lymphatic system. You may find yourself having to blow your nose or coughing all the time, or on the more extreme end you may have puss come out of the skin, primarily in the locations of your lymph nodes. If you don't know what is happening, then it can be scary...but now that you know that it is simply part of the process, you can relax! Your body is just getting that stuff out of you as quickly as possible, so give thanks!
— Nature doesn't isolate. Nature is whole and pure. She knows what she's doing! She is infinitely intelligent, and already had it all figured out for us! Have faith in her infinite wisdom. Each fruit and vegetable is a perfectly balanced piece of nature. It is NOT about eating 100% raw. It is about eating 100% HEALTHY. Eat the food that grows off the trees, or out of the ground. It is unfortunately today possible to be 100% raw, but totally unhealthy...for example, if you are basing your diet on heavy raw foods such as nuts, pâtés, dehydrated crackers and other dehydrated foods, raw vegan ice creams and other dessert treats.

Almost Raw Granola Recipe
3 cups Rolled Oats
1/2 cup Chopped Nuts/Seeds (I used walnuts, pecan, almonds, raw pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds)
1/2 cup Dried Cranberries
Dash Salt
1 teaspoon vanilla (optional)
1 teaspoon Cinnamon
1/4 Raw Honey
1. Mix together Oats, Nuts/Seeds, Cranberries, Salt, Vanilla, and Cinnamon in a medium sized bowl with a spoon.
2. Add honey, mix with rubber spatula (preferable) until everything is evenly mixed.
3. (Optional)Cover a 12x9 (any size can work) pan with foil and spread granola evenly onto surface.
4. Place in oven, leave door cracked open, set to the low broil and leave in for ONLY 3 minutes maximum.
5. Stir granola and let sit out for 1-2 hours to dry.
6. Then ENJOY!!!

My fav soy milk recipe includes OATMEAL! It gives soy milk flavor & a creamy texture. Soy beans can be soaked for a minimum of 6 hours if you go over, store in the fridge bc they will get sour if you live in a hot climate as I do. Trust me sour soy beans don't make good soy milk =(
Portions of soy beans to oatmeal work fine, if you change it beware it won't taste like mine! NOTE: old fashioned oats turn out better (my opinion) but you can use quick oats, taste fine =)
Add any sweetner: brown rice syrup, honey, sucrose, and the list goes on as to what you can use. You can also use vanilla favoring. =)
